🌱 Why Did PRANTOZ Start This?
In 2018, we witnessed excessive water hyacinth growth in Khulna's water bodies — filling rivers, destroying fish habitats, and increasing dengue risk.
We turned this problem into an opportunity. PRANTOZ youth researched and discovered that water hyacinth could create remarkable products — baskets, mats, bags, and organic fertilizer.
Our goal: solve two problems — prevent pollution and create employment for rural women and youth. Today, hundreds of families have benefited from this initiative.
